Education & Salon Development
One-on-one coaching and in-salon training for stylists and salon teams who want stronger foundations, clearer systems, and better execution. This work focuses on technique, structure, and building skills that hold up long after the session ends.
One-on-One & Group Coaching
Investment Levels:
One-on One Coaching (you travel to me)
- Beginning Stylist = $250/hour
- Experienced Stylist = $350/hour
- Half day (4 hours) = starting at $1,500
- Full day (8 hours) = starting at $3,500
- Two days (16 hours total) = starting at $8,000
*these In Salon prices reflect me traveling to you and exclude the cost of mannequin heads for each participant and travel expenses.
Salon Curriculum Development
I work with salon owners and leadership teams to assess skill gaps, retention challenges, and education needs. We then develop a structured, step-by-step curriculum that strengthens technique, supports stylist growth, and helps retain top talent.
The curriculum is custom designed for each salon. This offering is meant to supplement training that is already being provided or, create an opportunity for intentionally structured and ongoing training for in house stylists. An in depth consultation will be required prior to booking.
